Description
In 1976, Citroën joined forces with two Romanian state-owned companies to produce a car locally. The Oltcit, unveiled in 1981, became the Citroën Axel in certain European countries, including France, from 1984. Except its design, the Oltcit does not share any common part with the 2-door Visa, except the twin-cylinder borrowed from the LNA. This Club version receives the flat 4 of the GS.
