Description
Lotus launched the Elan Convertible in 1962, the 2-seater coupe in 1965, and the longer variant +2 (with 2 more rear seats) in 1967. The total length of the latter increased from 3.68 m/145 in. to 4.29 m/169 in. This version may appear less cute, but the Elan is still elegant: its lines remain well-proportioned because the wheelbase is also stretched.
