Succeeding the Pobieda, this Soviet 4.83 m/190 in.-long sedan was introduced to the public in autumn 1955, but its production only began in October 1956. IXO had already reproduced the first version of the M21, with its horizontal grille integrating a central circle. Produced after 1959, this Volga receives a modernized grille with vertical bars.
