Description
Released in 2020 and produced in Morocco, the Ami (“friend” in French) is named after three small family cars, the Ami 6, Ami 8 and Ami Super, sold between 1961 and 1978. The 2020 Ami, limited to 45 kph/28 mph, could have been called Ami Zero for zero emissions, since it is fully electric. Its manufacturing costs are reduced by using the same parts at the front and at the rear.
