In 2005, Volkswagen revived Bugatti with the Veyron. In ten years, 450 supercars were produced. The next generation is called Chiron, named after the famous Bugatti driver of the 1920s and unveiled in Geneva in March 2016. 500 units were produced. The quad-turbocharged W16 develops 1,500 hp.
