Sachsenring is a brand from former East Germany that manufactured the famous Trabant (which explains the presence of the “S” logo of this little car). This 6-cylinder sedan, produced by Zwickau from 1955, wore that same brand. But in 1958, it was decided that the Tatra 603 would be the only luxury car within the Comecon. The production of the P240 was discontinued in 1959.
