After working at Triumph and creating Austin-Healey with Austin, Donald Healey joined forces with Jensen to produce a roadster in 1972, equipped with a Lotus 16-valve 2-litre engine. In 1975 Jensen released this shooting brake variant. But Jensen's situation was catastrophic and the brand went into receivership in 1976. 473 units of this small GT estate were built.

In 1965, the British manufacturer Jensen unveiled the P66, a convertible that later offered a coupe variant. Planned to succeed the Austin Healey 3000 that Jensen was assembling, the P66 was never produced in series. The official name of the car was to be Interceptor, eventually kept for another model. This unique one-off prototype is here in white, its colour in the 1980s and 1990s.

Known for its passenger cars, including the famous Interceptor, Jensen also produced trucks under the JNSN brand in the late 1930s. This Freighter, released in 1955, benefitted from a new English law which rose truck maximum speed from 20 to 30 mph (32 to 48 km per h). Note the front grille, cut to reproduce the name of the brand. The Freighter did not get any descendant.

The most famous Jensen Interceptor was produced from 1966 to 1976, but a confidential first generation was sold from 1950 to 1957. Only 88 units were assembled, out of which 52 units of this two-door Saloon. Equipped with a 4-litre 6-cylinder, this first Interceptor borrows many parts from contemporary Austin models.
