Before World War II, the group Auto Union included four brands: Audi, DKW, Horch and Wanderer. But the racing models wore the name of Auto Union. The Italian pilot Luigi Fagioli (1898-1952) drove this streamline 1937 Tipo C, equipped with a 6-litre engine (520 hp). After the war, he raced for Alfa Romeo and was stealthily known in Formula 1.
