Description
The 1979 Lancer had modern lines for its time, but was still a rear-wheel drive. This technical choice perfectly suited the temperament of the turbo version, launched in 1981. In Japan, the Lancer Turbo was first equipped with a 160 hp 1.8-litre engine. When imported to Europe (the version that Neo reproduced here), this engine was replaced by a 170 hp 2-litre.
